Copy & Camera Technologies Awarded National Honor
Copy & Camera Technologies, a Canon full line and Risograph Duplicator dealership with offices in Lafayette, LA, Houma, LA and Beaumont, TX was awarded the Business Technology Association's Category II ($3 million to $10 million in annual gross sales) Reseller of the Year Award on February 4, 2005. They received this award for their outstanding vision, leadership and management in office technology sales and service. All eligible companies were evaluated in four key performance categories: 1)finance - including average sales per employee, gross margin, inventory turnover and average collection period; 2)operations - including effectiveness in reducing employee turnover, customer-focused programs, business plan goals and objectives, and 2004 business growth pattern; 3)vision - including marketing innovations related to selling future technologies and adherence to a formal vision statement; and 4)involvement - including industry recognition and community involvement. Copy & Camera Technologies also received this award in 2000 and 2001, making them the only dealer in the nation to have received this award two years in a row.
As brothers, owners Mark Landgrave and Jeff Landgrave form a partnership with two different backgrounds, sales and service.
